A personal Kashrut confirmation declaration
The food on all our trips and events is kosher, strictly abiding to all the kosher guidelines, according to our consultation with a Rabbi.
- The food is vegan and therefore contains no meat, dairy, fish or eggs.
- The vegetables are purchased in a kosher vegetable shop which abides by the laws of Terumah and Maaser.
- I either buy fine sifted flour, or I sift the flour myself or I grind the flour with a home grinder.
- I always do a dough offering.
- The dishes have been purified through ritual immersion in accordance with the law.
- The greens (lettuce, parsley, coriander) are washed and thoroughly cleaned.
If the need arises I can buy greens which are strictly kosher (kosher l’mihadrin)
These rules and guidelines are carefully observed and maintained under my full responsibility.
